- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in conducting security and loss prevention activities.
Experience In Loss Prevention: A Store Protection Specialist At Ross Stores Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention Or Asset Protection In A Retail Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Cctv Surveillance Systems, Inventory Management, And Internal Theft Prevention Techniques.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Store Protection Specialist Requires Frequent Interaction With Customers And Store Associates. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, The Ability To De-Escalate Conflicts, And Work Well In A Team Setting.
Knowledge Of Safety And Security Procedures: As A Store Protection Specialist, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety And Security Protocols, Including Emergency Response Procedures, Fire Safety, And Evacuation Plans.
