- Develop and execute integration plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Analyze system requirements and design specifications to identify potential integration challenges and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and test engineers to ensure seamless integration of all components.
- Monitor and track integration progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to maintain project schedule.
- Conduct system integration testing to verify functionality and identify any defects or areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain integration documentation, including plans, procedures, and reports.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on integration processes and best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in system integration techniques, incorporating them into project work as appropriate.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or Systems Engineering.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, With A Focus On Integration And Architecture.
Extensive Experience Leading Large-Scale Integration Projects, Including System Design, Development, And Testing.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Systems Engineering, Including Do-178B/C, Do-254, And Do-297.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Mentor Junior Engineers.
