1. Maintain and enhance the ITOT infrastructure of Roche, including both hardware and software systems.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the ITOT infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to critical systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for improving the ITOT infrastructure.
4. Develop and maintain documentation for ITOT infrastructure processes, procedures, and configurations.

9. Train and mentor junior infrastructure engineers on best practices and procedures for maintaining the ITOT infrastructure.

11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on infrastructure projects and issues.
12. Adhere to and promote company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, compliance, and ethical conduct.
13. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and respond to emergency situations as needed.
