
Employee Relations Business Partner

- Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all employee relations issues and concerns.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in HR policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues and concerns.
- Manage and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to the management team.
- Promote a culture of diversity and inclusivity through various initiatives and programs.
- Communicate effectively with employees to ensure understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate open and constructive communication.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Employee Relations Or Hr Business Partnering Role
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations
Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Professionalism And Discretion
