Employee Relations Business Partner

1. Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
2. Serve as a primary point of contact for all employee relations issues and concerns.
3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
4. Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in HR policies and procedures.
6. Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
7. Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics.
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
9. Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
10. Partner with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues and concerns.
11. Manage and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
12. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to the management team.
13. Promote a culture of diversity and inclusivity through various initiatives and programs.
14. Communicate effectively with employees to ensure understanding of company policies and procedures.
15. Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate open and constructive communication.
