As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing various events and providing exceptional hospitality services for our clients.   1. Plan and execute various events, including but not limited to meetings, conferences, and social gatherings, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients.
  2. Provide exceptional hospitality services to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive and memorable experience.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual equipment.
  4. Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
  5. Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
  6. Create detailed event timelines and schedules, and oversee their implementation to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
  7. Coordinate and supervise event staff, including servers, bartenders, and event coordinators, to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to event guidelines.
  8. Conduct pre and post-event evaluations to gather feedback and make improvements for future events.
  9. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events, and provide quick and effective solutions to ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new event technologies to continuously improve event planning and execution processes.
  11. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand to clients and guests.
  12. Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures, to ensure events are executed in a compliant and ethical manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Coordination, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Event Planning Software, Such As Cvent Or Eventbrite.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events And Tasks Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Clients, Vendors, And Colleagues.
