- Plan and execute various events, including but not limited to meetings, conferences, and social gatherings, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients.
- Provide exceptional hospitality services to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive and memorable experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual equipment.
- Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
- Create detailed event timelines and schedules, and oversee their implementation to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
- Coordinate and supervise event staff, including servers, bartenders, and event coordinators, to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to event guidelines.
- Conduct pre and post-event evaluations to gather feedback and make improvements for future events.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events, and provide quick and effective solutions to ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new event technologies to continuously improve event planning and execution processes.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand to clients and guests.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures, to ensure events are executed in a compliant and ethical manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Coordination, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Event Planning Software, Such As Cvent Or Eventbrite.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events And Tasks Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Clients, Vendors, And Colleagues.
