- Conduct market research and analysis to identify current and future market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure alignment and execution of segment growth strategies.
- Monitor and analyze segment performance, including sales, market share, and customer satisfaction, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create and manage the segment budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the segment to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and differentiation within the segment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the assigned segment, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and other teams within the organization.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
