  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth within the assigned segment, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify current and future market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure alignment and execution of segment growth strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze segment performance, including sales, market share, and customer satisfaction, and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Create and manage the segment budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the segment to expand market share and increase revenue.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and differentiation within the segment.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on the assigned segment, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and other teams within the organization.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the segment and the company.

Job Qualifications
