  1. Develop and maintain the company's Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures in collaboration with the information security team.
  2. Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient access to corporate systems.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to the Active Directory environment, providing timely resolution and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with IAM standards and industry best practices.
  5. Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks and implement necessary controls.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IAM technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  7. Train and educate end-users on IAM best practices and security protocols.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation of IAM systems, processes, and procedures.
  9. Participate in the incident response process, providing expertise and support in identifying, containing, and remediating security incidents related to IAM.
  10. Proactively identify and address any potential security gaps in the IAM infrastructure.
  11. Assist with vendor management and evaluation of third-party IAM solutions.
  12. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of IAM systems with other corporate systems.
  13. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates on IAM initiatives.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to information security and access management.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Active Directory: Candidates Should Possess Extensive Experience And Expertise In Managing And Configuring Active Directory, Including Group Policy, Dns, And Other Related Components.

  • Familiarity With Iam Processes And Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Identity And Access Management Principles, As Well As Experience Working With Related Technologies Such As Single Sign-On (Sso), Multi-Factor Authentication (Mfa), And Privileged Access Management (Pam).

  • Experience With Enterprise-Level Iam Implementations: The Role Requires Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Iam Solutions At An Enterprise Scale, Including Knowledge Of Best Practices And Industry Standards.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: Candidates Should Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Issues Related To Iam And Active Directory, As Well As Possess The Ability To Troubleshoot Integration Issues With Other Systems And Applications.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities: As An Iam Active Directory Engineer, The Candidate Will Need To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders, Requiring Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
