Job Description

As a Phone Banker, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries over the phone in a friendly and professional manner. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong track record of providing excellent customer service. You must also be comfortable using computers and basic software applications. Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries over the phone in a friendly and professional manner. • Multitask and manage difficult conversations with ease and professionalism. • Provide timely solutions and build relationships with customers. • Follow up on customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. • Work independently and use computers and basic software applications. • Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met. • Maintain a database of customer information and updates. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Follow up on customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
