Job Description

At Regions Financial Co, we are looking for a highly motivated Contact Center Phone Banker to join our team. As a Contact Center Phone Banker, you will be the main point of contact for the customer. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Answer customer inquiries and provide customer service excellence in a timely manner.
  2. Resolve customer issues with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  3. Maintain customer databases and records.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  6. Follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  7. Act as an ambassador for the company and demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction.
  8. Provide feedback to management on customer experience.
  9. Stay current on financial services and products.
  10. Utilize computer systems and software applications to help customers.
