- Lead a team of thermal analysts to design and analyze thermal management systems for products.

They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Thermal Management Principles And Materials.
Leadership Experience: As A Section Leader, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Thermal Engineers. Therefore, They Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing A Team.
Engineering Degree: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Academic Background In Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, And Fluid Mechanics.
Project Management Skills: The Thermal Analysis Section Leader Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Effectively Communicate Project Status To Stakeholders.
