Strong Technical Background: A Principal Mechanical Design Engineer At Raytheon Technologies Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Mechanical Engineering Principles And Have A Strong Background In Designing Complex Systems And Components.
Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Mechanical Engineers, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Successful Project Execution. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Mentoring And Developing Junior Engineers.
