Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Concepts.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Financial Management Role, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Within The Aerospace And Defense Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Financial Regulations And Compliance, Including Gaap And Sec Reporting Requirements, To Ensure Accurate And Timely Financial Reporting.
