
Facilities Supervisor

- Oversee the maintenance and operations of all Quest Diagnostics facilities across the country.
- Ensure that all facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained to support the company's mission.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to proactively address any potential issues.
- Manage and coordinate all facility maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of facility projects.
- Manage facility budgets and expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Supervise and train facility staff, including maintenance technicians and janitorial staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management.
- Develop and maintain facility-related policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on facility operations and projects.
- Coordinate and oversee the relocation of facilities, if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to facilities management.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Laboratory Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Plumbing.
Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Facilities.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Emergency Situations And Manage Budgets Effectively.
