  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Student Life Office, including maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and answering phone calls and emails.
  • Act as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff seeking assistance from the Student Life Office.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Assist with planning and executing events and programs to promote student engagement and enhance the campus community.
  • Collaborate with other departments and student organizations to coordinate and promote campus-wide events and initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource and provide support for students seeking information about campus resources and services.
  • Utilize various technology platforms to create promotional materials and manage social media presence for the Student Life Office.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to student involvement and engagement.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
