Cyber Security Analyst - IAM

Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Cyber Security Analyst - IAM. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and systems to ensure the security of our IT systems and data. The successful candidate will have a passion for security, a strong understanding of IAM technologies, and the drive to develop and implement security solutions. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM processes, technologies, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as experience with Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Additionally, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of security concepts and principles, are essential. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and systems to ensure the security of PSEG's IT systems and data.
2. Research and implement IAM technologies, best practices, and security solutions.
3. Monitor and assess security threats and vulnerabilities in order to identify and address security risks.
4. Manage Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
5. Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations related to IAM and security.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any security-related issues.
7. Provide technical guidance and assistance to other departments in the organization.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the security of their systems.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.
10. Keep up to date with the latest IAM trends and technologies.
