Job Description

This person would be responsible for shaping the development of a subset of the portfolio and contributing to the overall success of the program. Leading underwriting of strategic and high-risk transactions, including streamlining underwriting and reporting templates and negotiating and executing transactions in conjunction with legal and other professionals. Maintaining key internal relationships and contributing to initiatives that align impact objectives with corporate priorities. Supporting communications and impact evaluations of investments made in the portfolio. Presenting on new investments, the portfolio and new strategies to internal audiences including credit and investment committees, portfolio management committees, and the CSR oversight committee. Representing Prudential at external events.

Job Qualifications

  • 10-15 years direct investment experience in private equity or credit

  • Prior experience in investment banking or management consulting.

  • Prior familiarity with impact investing, ESG, CSR and impact measurement highly desired.

  • Experience restructuring investments highly valued.
