1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the Dermatology Surgery department.
2. Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in performing dermatology and surgical procedures.
3. Prepare patients for procedures by taking vital signs, obtaining medical history, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety and comfort.
5. Educate patients about their condition, treatment plans, and post-procedure care.
6. Monitor and record patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
7. Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician.

10. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of dermatology and surgical procedures, including new techniques and equipment.
11. Assist with scheduling appointments, obtaining insurance authorizations, and other administrative tasks as needed.
12. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
13. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on hospital policies and procedures.
15. Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the hospital and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
