Working at Enterprise was a major privilege. I learned a great deal about running a successful business while also gaining insight on what it means to be a successful leader. I accumulated an extensive amount of understanding and experience in relation to the world of business. My responsibilities included:

*   Training, developing, and engaging over fifteen employees
*   Analyzing fleet trends and strategically planning fleet logistics
*   Adaptive problem solving
*   Marketing to collision shops, dealerships, and insurance agencies
*   Maximizing growth and operating profit through fleet mix and sales
*   Driving customer service scores by creating a customer-centric culture

Assistant Branch Rental Manager

I had the honor of starting Creekside Counseling Group with the owner. I handled everything related to the business side of running the practice; ranging from credentialing to generating revenue to even scaling the practice to three brick-and-mortar locations. In this position, I:

*   Handled insurance credentialing, claims and billing
*   Implemented Practice Management System
*   Interviewed and developed staff
*   Designed and constructed company’s website
*   Networked with neighboring healthcare providers

Office Manager

While attending the University of Notre Dame I worked as a facility manager at Rockne Memorial. Here, I oversaw facility operations and supervised the safety and well-being of the students and my staff.
