- Collaborate with other members of the simulation team to design and implement simulation scenarios that address specific learning objectives.
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on how to effectively use simulation technology and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of simulation training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Maintain and update simulation equipment and software to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement in patient care and develop simulation scenarios to address these areas.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to simulation training and technology.
- Provide guidance and support to healthcare professionals during simulation training sessions, including debriefing and feedback.
- Attend industry conferences and workshops to stay current on advancements in simulation technology and share knowledge with the team.
- Participate in research projects related to simulation technology and its impact on healthcare outcomes.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Simulation Technology And Programming.
Certification In Healthcare Simulation (Chs) Or Advanced Certification In Simulation (Chse-Advanced).
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems And Processes, As Well As Clinical Procedures And Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams.
