Assistant Site Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
2. Maintain a positive and customer-focused shopping experience.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and improve store performance.
4. Ensure store is well-stocked and organized at all times.
5. Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
6. Work with the Site Manager and team to ensure products are priced accurately and displayed in an attractive manner.
7. Train and coach new and existing staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and customer service standards.
8. Monitor sales and inventory, and collaborate with the Site Manager to identify areas of improvement.
9. Monitor store security and safety measures.
10. Develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
