
Assistant Site Manager
Pottery Barn is looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Site Manager to join our team in [location]. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused shopping experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and improve store performance.
- Ensure store is well-stocked and organized at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Work with the Site Manager and team to ensure products are priced accurately and displayed in an attractive manner.
- Train and coach new and existing staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and customer service standards.
- Monitor sales and inventory, and collaborate with the Site Manager to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor store security and safety measures.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
