  1. Provide life-saving care to patients experiencing cardiac emergencies.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Administer emergency medical treatment and procedures according to established protocols.
  4. Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
  5. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families during stressful situations.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
  8. Stay current with advancements in emergency medical care and procedures.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve skills.
  10. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other paramedics.
  11. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification As A Paramedic From An Accredited Institution: Candidates For This Position Must Have Completed A Paramedic Program From An Accredited Institution And Hold A Valid Paramedic Certification.

  • Previous Experience In Cardiac Observation: At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Hospital Or Ems Setting, Specifically In Cardiac Observation, Is Required For This Position.

  • Cpr And Acls Certification: Candidates Must Hold Current Certifications In Cpr And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) In Order To Be Considered For This Position.

  • Knowledge Of Cardiac Monitoring Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Cardiac Monitoring Equipment, Including Ekg Machines And Defibrillators.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Paramedic - Cardiac Observation, The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Essential. Candidates Must Also Possess Strong Critical Thinking Skills In Order To Make Quick And Accurate Decisions In Emergency Situations.
