In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers and partners across the country. You will be the go-to person for any technical issues, troubleshooting, and customer service.The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-service mindset, and a strong technical background. We are looking for someone who takes initiative and is comfortable working independently. A passion for technology and a strong sense of urgency to assist customers and partners is a must. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance and support to customers and partners across the country.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer and partner technical issues.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
  5. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  6. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of technical solutions.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and track customer service metrics.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  9. Research and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions to customer inquiries.
  10. Keep up with industry trends and remain current on new products and services.
