  1. Provide technical expertise: The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in DXR, IGT, and PET CT systems to our customers.
  2. Perform installations and maintenance: The Engineer will be responsible for installing and maintaining medical equipment at customer sites, ensuring that they are functioning at optimal levels.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: The Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that arise with the equipment and finding solutions to ensure minimal downtime.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Servicing Medical Imaging Equipment, Specifically Dxr, Igt, And Pet Ct Systems.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Electrical And Mechanical Systems.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Schematics.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Provide Technical Support.
