1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and their pets, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at all times.
2. Assist with all aspects of pet care, including handling and restraining animals during exams and procedures.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including exam rooms, treatment areas, and reception area.
4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.
5. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical history of animals under the supervision of the veterinarian.
6. Assist with diagnostic procedures such as blood draws, x-rays, and lab work.
7. Educate clients on proper pet care and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
