- Develop and implement global procurement productivity strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency across all regions and categories.
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve productivity and savings targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and supply chain, to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Conduct regular analysis of procurement data and market trends to identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across all regions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve procurement processes and drive innovation.
- Communicate and report on procurement productivity and cost savings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the global procurement team to align on goals and objectives and ensure a unified approach to productivity initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in procurement productivity and strategy.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Global Environment
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Procurement Productivity Across Multiple Markets And Categories
Strong Leadership And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team
Extensive Knowledge Of Procurement And Sourcing Strategies, As Well As Experience With Cost Reduction Initiatives And Supplier Relationship Management.
