  1. Process payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
  3. Ensure all payroll transactions are processed in a timely manner and meet established deadlines.
  4. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of employee compensation and benefits changes.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll data integrity and identify any discrepancies or errors.
  6. Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local payroll regulations and make necessary updates to payroll processes and procedures.
  7. Respond to employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service regarding payroll-related questions.
  8. Partner with external payroll vendors as needed to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
  10. Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports for management and other departments.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to payroll processing.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline payroll processes and procedures.
  13. Train and provide support to new team members on payroll processing procedures.
  14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the payroll manager or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Payroll Processing, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Payroll Laws And Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Payroll Software And Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Maintain Confidentiality With Sensitive Payroll Information.
