Senior Director, Platform

At Peloton, we are looking for an innovative Senior Director, Platform to join our fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about developing and executing an effective platform strategy. We seek someone with a strong background in software engineering and/or platform architecture, who has the ability to think strategically and lead cross-functional teams to drive product development.The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical know-how, business acumen, and leadership skills. They must be a strong communicator and have the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage a successful platform strategy. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is proactive and can adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and at least seven years of experience in software engineering, platform architecture, and/or product management. You must be a creative problem-solver, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with software development methodologies and processes, as well as a deep understanding of the software development life cycle, is also required.
