Sr. ESG GHG Emissions & Packaging Manager

Peet’s Coffee is looking for a passionate and experienced Sr. ESG GHG Emissions & Packaging Manager to join our team. This role is critical for helping us to achieve our sustainability goals and to drive our ESG initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion and commitment to sustainability, excellent problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders. They should have a proven track record of implementing and managing sustainability programs, have knowledge of ESG/GHG emissions and packaging, and have experience in developing and executing sustainability strategies. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sustainability strategies for Peet’s Coffee.
2. Manage and implement ESG/GHG emissions and packaging programs.
3. Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful sustainability initiatives.
4. Monitor and review progress of sustainability initiatives to ensure goals are met.
5. Analyze and report on sustainability metrics to measure progress.
6. Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to ESG/GHG emissions and packaging.
7. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure consistent implementation of sustainability initiatives.
8. Develop creative solutions to sustainability challenges.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful integration of sustainability initiatives.
10. Provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of sustainability initiatives.
