Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team at PacSun in [city]. Our ideal candidate is an inspiring leader with a passion for retail excellence and customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the store.
  2. Lead and manage store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering, and stock management.
  4. Analyze store performance data and identify areas of improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  6. Recruit, hire, and train store associates.
  7. Motivate and mentor store associates to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  8. Monitor and manage store expenses and budgets.
  9. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
  10. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
