4. Create and implement innovative training methods and materials.
5. Monitor and adjust training programs based on feedback from employees.
6. Assist with hiring and onboarding processes.
7. Provide ongoing support and feedback to restaurant staff to ensure successful implementation of training programs.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of restaurant industry trends and best practices.
9. Maintain accurate records and documents related to training programs.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
