1. Develop and implement Design for Test (DFT) strategies for advanced semiconductor products.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DFT requirements are met throughout the design and manufacturing process.
3. Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to perform DFT analysis and optimization.
4. Design and implement DFT features such as scan chains, built-in self-test (BIST), and boundary scan.
5. Develop test patterns and methodologies to verify and validate DFT functionality.
6. Work closely with design teams to ensure DFT features are seamlessly integrated into the overall design.
7. Troubleshoot and debug any DFT-related issues during the testing and validation phase.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in DFT methodologies to continuously improve and enhance our DFT processes.
9. Provide guidance and support to junior DFT engineers and assist in their professional development.
10. Ensure that all DFT processes and procedures are in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

12. Continuously monitor and analyze DFT data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
13. Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for DFT improvements.
14. Act as a subject matter expert on DFT and provide training and support to other team members as needed.
