- Develop and implement Design for Test (DFT) strategies for advanced semiconductor products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DFT requirements are met throughout the design and manufacturing process.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to perform DFT analysis and optimization.
- Design and implement DFT features such as scan chains, built-in self-test (BIST), and boundary scan.
- Develop test patterns and methodologies to verify and validate DFT functionality.
- Work closely with design teams to ensure DFT features are seamlessly integrated into the overall design.
- Troubleshoot and debug any DFT-related issues during the testing and validation phase.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in DFT methodologies to continuously improve and enhance our DFT processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior DFT engineers and assist in their professional development.
- Ensure that all DFT processes and procedures are in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on DFT progress and any potential risks.
- Continuously monitor and analyze DFT data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for DFT improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on DFT and provide training and support to other team members as needed.
- Maintain a high level of quality in all DFT activities and deliverables to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Dft (Design For Test) Engineering
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standard Dft Methodologies And Tools
Familiarity With Post-Silicon Validation And Debug Techniques
Experience With Programming Languages Such As Verilog And Systemverilog
