
Senior Project Manager (PMO) - Incentive Compensation

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our PMO team and lead our Incentive Compensation projects. - Lead and manage all aspects of the Incentive Compensation project, from design to implementation and optimization.
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.
- Work closely with the PMO team to ensure alignment with company project management standards and processes.
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective utilization.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to incentive compensation.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the project team.
- Uphold the company's mission and values and promote a patient-centric approach in all project activities.
Extensive Project Management Experience: The Senior Project Manager Must Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Incentive Compensation Programs: The Ideal Candidate Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Incentive Compensation Structures And Processes, Including Sales Compensation, Bonus Plans, And Performance-Based Incentives.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Pmo Team, The Candidate Must Be Able To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: The Senior Project Manager Must Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Strategically, In Order To Align Incentive Compensation Programs With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives.
Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry: Previous Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Particularly In A Similar Role, Is Highly Desirable. This Will Ensure A Thorough Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Regulations Within The Industry.
