Develop and implement advanced radiation detection and shielding systems for cutting-edge projects.
Utilize expertise in radiation and systems engineering to guide project development.
Collaborate with team members to design and test radiation systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential solutions to complex challenges in the field of radiation.
Monitor and evaluate system performance to ensure optimal functionality.
Communicate project progress and updates to management and stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into project development.
Develop and maintain documentation for project plans, designs, and technical specifications.
Mentor and train junior engineers on radiation and systems engineering best practices.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Lead and participate in meetings and discussions related to project development and progress.
Represent the company at conferences and industry events related to radiation and systems engineering.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, With A Focus On Radiation Effects On Electronic Systems
Working Knowledge Of Radiation Testing And Simulation Techniques
Strong Understanding Of Radiation Hardening Requirements And Techniques For Electronic Systems
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams
