- Provide leadership and guidance to athletes, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach to create a positive and winning team culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to athletes to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in sports performance to continually enhance training programs and techniques.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating team events, competitions, and travel arrangements.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for athletes, encouraging teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Work closely with the Head Coach to identify and recruit top talent to join the team.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and product development, to support the overall success of the team.
- Represent Nike and the team in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Extensive Coaching Experience: A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Coaching Experience At The Collegiate Or Professional Level, With Proven Success In Developing And Leading Athletes.
Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, As Well As Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Players, Coaching Staff, And Management.
Knowledge Of Sports Performance: A Thorough Understanding Of Sports Performance Principles And Techniques, Including Strength And Conditioning, Nutrition, Injury Prevention, And Recovery.
