- Develop and implement the overall visual design strategy for the Neiman Marcus Group's digital platforms, including the e-commerce website and mobile applications.
- Manage and lead a team of digital designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and technology, to create cohesive and impactful digital design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the digital design aesthetic and user experience.
- Oversee the creation of digital assets, such as web graphics, email templates, and social media content, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet business objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of digital design projects to ensure they meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Plan and manage the digital design budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for digital design projects.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to execute digital design projects.
- Maintain a strong understanding of user behavior and user experience to inform and guide digital design decisions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all digital designs align with the brand's overall aesthetic and messaging.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the performance of digital design projects, including metrics such as engagement and conversion rates.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the digital design process and workflow.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and design tools to enhance the digital design capabilities of the team.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the digital design team and across other departments.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Visual Design Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry
Proficient In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software
Strong Understanding Of Digital Design Principles, Including User Experience And Responsive Design
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
