  1. Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans for software products, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and reliability.
  2. Collaborate with the software development team to identify and resolve any issues or defects in the software.
  3. Conduct thorough testing of software products to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  4. Use various testing methodologies and tools to identify and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
  5. Provide regular status updates and reports on the quality of software products to project stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Continuously improve and refine the software testing process to ensure the highest level of quality is achieved.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on software quality assurance and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  11. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the overall quality and reliability of the software.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and suggest solutions to mitigate them.
  13. Participate in the planning and estimation of software testing efforts for new projects.
  14. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into the software testing process.
  15. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the software development team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance And Testing.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies And Tools, Such As Selenium, Jira, And Agile.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Executing Test Plans, Test Cases, And Test Scripts.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Analytical Skills.
