  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments on all aspects of the organization, including financial, operational, and strategic areas.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans to mitigate potential risks.
  3. Monitor and analyze potential risks and provide recommendations to senior management.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and identify potential risks.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management.
  6. Communicate risk assessment findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  7. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  9. Train and educate employees on risk management processes and procedures.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management strategies based on changing business needs and industry standards.
  11. Prepare reports and presentations on risk management metrics and trends for senior management.
  12. Work closely with other teams to ensure a proactive approach to risk management.
  13. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with risk management regulations.
  14. Identify potential opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the risk management function.
  15. Foster a culture of risk awareness and responsibility throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Financial Institution Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks And Methodologies, Such As Coso And Iso 31000.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Mitigation Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
