Lead Specialist - Commercial Collections

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Commercial Collections team in developing strategies for efficient and effective debt collection processes.
2. Monitor and track collection efforts and provide feedback to team members on performance.
3. Utilize a variety of methods to ensure timely collection of debts, including telephone calls, written communications, legal action, etc.
4. Investigate and analyze customer accounts to determine the best approach for collection.
5. Negotiate payment plans with customers when necessary.
6. Provide timely and accurate analysis of customer accounts and payment trends.
7. Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for customer accounts.
9. Generate and present reports on collection efforts and performance.
10. Stay abreast of laws and regulations pertaining to debt collection and ensure compliance.
