Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field.
Current Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) By The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp).
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Medical Technologist, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Equipment, Including Experience With Automated Instruments.
Ability To Work Independently And Accurately Interpret And Report Test Results, As Well As Collaborate Effectively With Other Healthcare Professionals.
