Responsibilities:

1. Respond to incidents and provide critical support to clients in a timely manner.
2. Develop and implement incident management processes, policies and procedures.
3. Monitor incident resolution progress and escalate where necessary.
4. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on incident progress.
5. Ensure that all incident management processes and procedures are compliant with industry standards.
6. Identify trends in incident data and recommend preventive measures.
7. Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
8. Work closely with other teams to ensure successful incident resolution.
9. Maintain detailed records of incident management activities.
10. Generate reports to track and analyze incident management performance.
