Fund Accounting – Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the fund accounting team, including monitoring workflow and ensuring that deadlines are met in a timely manner.
2. Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of all records and reports.
3. Develop and implement strategies and procedures to improve and streamline accounting processes.
4. Monitor changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Track and report on budget performance, and recommend adjustments to ensure efficient use of resources.
6. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports for senior management.
7. Provide guidance and support to team members on accounting and financial matters.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and financial advisors.
9. Prepare, review, and analyze month-end and year-end closing processes.
10. Assist with the development and implementation of accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
