- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies and initiatives for the Pet division to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pet insurance customers through effective communication and engagement tactics.
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations related to the Pet division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, and continuously improve the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer engagement metrics and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pet insurance industry and competitive landscape to inform engagement strategies.
- Plan and execute customer engagement events and campaigns to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
- Train and educate team members on customer engagement best practices and ensure consistent application across the Pet division.
- Conduct regular customer feedback surveys to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into customer engagement strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Engagement Or Account Management, Preferably In The Pet Industry.
Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of The Pet Industry, Including Trends, Products, And Customer Behavior.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Both Customers And Internal Stakeholders.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data And Insights To Drive Customer Engagement Strategies And Initiatives.
