Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: A Physician - Orthopedic Surgeon At Mercy Must Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.

  • Board Certification: Candidates Must Have Completed A Residency Program In Orthopedic Surgery And Be Board Certified Or Eligible For Certification By The American Board Of Orthopedic Surgery (Abos).

  • State Medical License: A Valid And Unrestricted License To Practice Medicine In The State Where The Position Is Located Is Required.

  • Relevant Experience: Candidates Must Have Completed A Fellowship In Orthopedic Surgery And Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Physician - Orthopedic Surgeon Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. They Must Also Possess Strong Leadership And Teamwork Abilities.
