  1. Perform regular inspections and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with facility systems, and make necessary repairs or replacements.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on facility systems.
  4. Monitor and respond to alarms and alerts from facility systems, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and vendors to coordinate maintenance and repairs for facility systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in facility system technology.
  7. Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all facility systems.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards related to facility systems.
  9. Keep inventory of necessary equipment and supplies for facility system maintenance and repairs.
  10. Train and mentor junior technicians in proper maintenance and repair procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to facility systems.
  12. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency facility system repairs.
  13. Assist in the planning and execution of upgrades and installations for facility systems.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all hospital policies and procedures.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, visitors, and staff members.
