As a Chaplain, you will play a crucial role in providing spiritual and emotional support to our patients, their loved ones, and our staff. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their faith and has a strong desire to serve others.   1. Provide spiritual support to patients, their loved ones, and staff members in accordance with their religious beliefs and needs.
  2. Conduct regular visits to patients and their families to offer emotional and spiritual guidance during their time of need.
  3. Facilitate and lead religious services, such as prayer sessions and worship services, for patients, families, and staff.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure holistic care is provided to patients.
  5. Maintain a confidential and professional relationship with patients and their families.
  6. Serve as a resource for patients and families seeking spiritual guidance or support.
  7. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and provide spiritual input.
  8. Document all spiritual care interventions in patient records according to hospital policies and procedures.
  9. Provide crisis intervention and grief counseling to patients and their loved ones.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current healthcare practices and trends in spiritual care.
  11. Participate in continuing education and training related to spiritual care and chaplaincy.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
  13. Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and the hospital administration to address any spiritual or emotional concerns.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of spiritual care programs and initiatives.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the hospital's mission and values in all interactions with patients, families, and staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Ordination Or Endorsement From A Recognized Religious Organization.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Provide Emotional And Spiritual Support To Patients, Families, And Staff.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Theology, Pastoral Studies, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pastoral Or Chaplaincy Work.

  • Knowledge Of Various Religious And Spiritual Practices, As Well As The Ability To Provide Non-Denominational Support To Individuals Of Different Faiths.
