  1. Develop and implement strategic HR programs and initiatives to support the company's mission and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HR needs and develop solutions.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR program management.
  4. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR programs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment of HR programs with business objectives.
  7. Lead and facilitate training and development programs for managers and employees.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR programs.
  9. Manage and coach a team of HR professionals to ensure successful execution of programs.
  10. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in HR regulations and make necessary adjustments to HR programs.
  12. Act as a change agent, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture through HR programs and initiatives.
  13. Develop and maintain metrics to measure the success and impact of HR programs.
  14. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the progress and outcomes of HR programs.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative ideas to enhance HR programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Experience Managing Large-Scale Hr Programs, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, And Training And Development Initiatives.
