Director of Compliance, Privacy

We are seeking an experienced Director of Compliance, Privacy to join the team at McKinsey & Company. The Director of Compliance, Privacy will develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance and privacy program that meets and exceeds applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance and privacy program that meets and exceeds applicable laws and regulations

• Monitor the effectiveness of the compliance and privacy program and suggest improvements

• Provide guidance and support to the organization on compliance and privacy matters

• Manage compliance and privacy projects to ensure successful and timely completion

• Monitor and respond to changes in laws and regulations related to compliance and privacy

• Develop and deliver training and educational programs on compliance and privacy topics

• Investigate and respond to compliance and privacy complaints

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Prepare and present compliance and privacy reports to management

• Assist with the development and execution of policies and procedures related to compliance and privacy
