- Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with McKinsey & Company’s overall communications objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to identify and understand key messaging and target audience for paid media campaigns.
- Create and manage paid media plans, including budget allocation, ad placement, and targeting tactics.
- Monitor and analyze paid media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in paid media to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling and impactful paid media content.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of paid media efforts with overall marketing and communications strategy.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful execution of paid media campaigns.
- Act as a subject matter expert on paid media strategies, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance McKinsey & Company’s paid media presence and drive business results.
- Monitor and analyze competitor paid media activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Drive innovation and experimentation in paid media tactics and strategies to keep McKinsey & Company at the forefront of the industry.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to measure the impact of paid media efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure all paid media activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for McKinsey & Company, maintaining a strong understanding of the company’s values and messaging in all paid media efforts.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Paid Media, Preferably In A Consulting Or Agency Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Paid Media Strategies For A Variety Of Clients And Industries.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making, Including Proficiency In Google Analytics And Other Relevant Tools.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Convey Complex Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
