Transportation Coordinator

Creates shipping documentation, bill-of-lading, arranges transportation schedules with customers. Must work well independently and with others. Stay engaged with keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Contact customers to make arrangements for deliveries and pick-ups. Performs data entry responsibilities and follow up on discrepancies related to shipping activities. Coordinates with 3PL on shipments and performs other duties as assigned.
