The Mayo Clinic is seeking an experienced and organized Staffing Coordinator - Nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented and patient-focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the staffing of nurses and other nursing personnel at the Mayo Clinic, and must possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare staffing role, preferably in a hospital setting, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The candidate must be able to respond quickly and accurately to staffing requests, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities:
